Overview
Our valued client, CMC, was contracted by TMR Wide Bay for an extensive project involving upgrades to major culverts along the Bruce Highway. This important project spans 19 sites and aims to significantly enhance road safety and flood immunity for motorists.
The scope of work includes substantial pipe jacking operations, full wide culvert replacements, and pavement widening. Additionally, side-tracking was constructed and implemented to maintain traffic flow during construction. These sites extend from Gympie to Gin Gin, covering a considerable stretch of the highway and ensuring comprehensive improvements to the region’s infrastructure.
Our Gympie team provided a comprehensive suite of testing that included field density testing, laboratory soil testing, concrete testing, and quarry material sampling.
